I’m Jen — a chef, qualified nutritionist, and author — and I create luxury grazing boards, grazing tables, and private chef experiences across East Yorkshire, including Beverley, York, and Pocklington.
Food has taken me all over the world. I trained as a chef in South Africa, working as a banqueting chef at Southern Sun Hotels before moving on to kitchens like Claridge’s in London, and later to ski chalets, superyachts, villas, and private estates. Those experiences taught me how to make food not just taste incredible, but also feel like an experience in itself.
Most of my work now comes through word of mouth, which is the greatest compliment I could ask for. I love creating food that brings people together — whether it’s a styled grazing table for a wedding, a private dinner in someone’s home, or a simple, nourishing meal for someone who needs extra care.
I have a soft spot for grazing boards because they bring instant joy. Watching people’s faces light up when they see a beautifully styled spread — and then the contented sighs as they tuck in — makes every hour of prep worthwhile.
